EXPERIENCE

LTS has in the persons, extensive experience in land tenure matters, property formalisation, land surveying, town planning, environmental impact assessments and property registration. The members have a combined experience of more than 70 years as property professionals and are supported by an affirmative professional staff. Land Tenure Services have been successful in achieving results for both the practice and clients.

COMPANY STRUCTURE

Land Tenure Services is a professional practice, functioning as a closed corporation. The members of the company are Mr. Andrew Machiri Makwela, Mr. Karl Jansen van Rensburg and Ms. Tricia de Lange. LTS has an affirmative structure which complies with all Historically Disadvantaged Individuals (HDI) and Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) criteria. In addition to the formal structure of the practice, LTS has a direct working relationship with Consulting Engineers, Lawyers and related professionals.
